Eligibility

Competitors must be at least 16 years of age (they must have a handicap index of 12.0 or less) with a partner over 18 years of age. Professionals are allowed to play with an amateur partner. Applications are subject to committee approval.

Field is limited to 64 teams. Championship Flight will consist of 16 teams while all other flights will have 8 teams. All applications will be processed on a first come first serve basis.

Practice round available on Thursday, July 22. All play must be teed off by noon. Call the Golf Shop for arrangements at 607-257-1808. Golf carts are required for practice rounds.

Super Senior

This year we will be offering a Super Senior flight(s) for teams which both players are 70 and up. Players will play off the red tees and will play 18 holes each day. Flights will consist of 4 teams and will be based on qualifying scores.
Upon receipt of the initial flight of 4 for the Super Senior flight, applicants will be on a waiting list until another flight of 4 can be filled. The committee will contact participants as needed to update status.

Tournament Itinerary

Fri, July 23
Qualifying round with assigned tee times for all teams. Last tee time available will be 1:00 PM. Committee will try to accommodate requested tee times as much as possible. Match play flights will be determined by qualifying scores. A shootout will determine the last spot into the Championship flight. All other ties will be determined by matching cards starting at the #1 handicap hole.
Dinner for contestants included (Guests $35). Auction-style Calcutta to follow dinner.

Sat, July 24
Championship Flight – 36 holes for all teams in flight. First round matches in the morning followed by the Quarterfinal and Consolation Quarterfinal matches.
Other flights -18 holes match play.
Super Senior Flight – 18 holes match play.
Boxed lunch for contestants.

Sun, July 25
Championship Flight – Semifinal matches in the morning followed by the finals matches in the afternoon. Saturday afternoon losers can elect to play in the skins game.
Other flights – Semifinal matches in the morning followed by the finals matches in the afternoon. Saturday losers will be placed in a consolation bracket.
Super Senior Flight – Finals matches in the afternoon. Saturday losers will be placed in a consolation bracket.

$400 per team
